Chason Wachter

Gerald (Gerry) Carley
A Mobile native, Gerry spent much of his working career elsewhere, returning to the eastern shore in 2003. He has a BS degree from Auburn University, and an MS degree from Louisiana State University. After a career spent in aviation (USAF, Braniff International, and Continental Airlines) and a second career in computer systems sales, software development and website design, Gerry joined Cottage Properties in 2009.

Danny Hart
Born and raised in Mobile and living in Baldwin County since 2001, Danny joined Cottage Properties with more than 10 years of professional experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial planning and analysis. Danny holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Mobile. He has a strong work ethic and proven track record of superior customer service.

Jimmy Utsey
Jimmy is a native of Selma, Alabama, and has a BS degree in Finance from the University of Alabama. He moved to the eastern shore in 1999 because of the great lifestyle and tremendous opportunities the Mobile Bay area has to offer. His years of experience as a real estate appraiser gained in appraising commercial and residential properties in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties make him a valuable asset to his real estate clients, and to the Cottage Properties team.
Jimmy currently lives in old Daphne with his wife Melody and their two children, Bradley and Owen.

Taylor Parks
Taylor grew up in Fairhope, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University in 2001 with a BA degree, and moved back to the Eastern Shore in July of 2005, working as a real estate appraiser. In 2007, he started Coastal Appraisal Services with Jimmy Utsey in Daphne.
